This event space presented a new and creative challenge for the ONSITE team. The curved solid surface organically enfolds the warm white oak cabinets and paneling, then seamlessly floats up into the drywall soffit creating a dramatic yet grounded space. The complicated geometry of this design demanded we develop new ways to model the curved elements in three dimensions. To ensure a streamlined installation, we brought our lead installers from the job site to inspect the unit in the shop. From the initial design phases to punch-list finish, we tirelessly coordinated with drywall subcontractors, our manufacturing personnel, and field team to pull off a smooth installation of this stunning, sculptural project.
